This module focuses on advanced project controls techniques used to plan, monitor and manage complex projects. It covers cost control, scheduling, risk management, performance measurement and the use of professional tools to support informed decision-making and successful project delivery.
Aligned with the APM Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) standard, the module develops strategic thinking, leadership and professional competence. It prepares learners to demonstrate ethical practice, accountability and the high-level expertise required to manage projects effectively and achieve chartered status.

Check if you qualify before applying
You must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years.
You must not require sponsorship to work. This includes a British passport, Indefinite Leave to Remain, or a Tier 2 visa with at least three years of UK residency.
You must not be enrolled in other government-funded training at the time of this programme.
You must be in paid employment in England, normally 30+ hours per week, with a minimum of 16 hours.
Your employer must be based in England and registered with the Apprenticeship Service.
