Choose your certification route
Managing Benefits offers two distinct APMG certification levels. KBC helps you select the right starting point and confirms the exact examination or examinations in your written offer.

Understand the guidance
Develop your knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of benefits management, including the people and documents that support it.
A useful starting point for professionals who want a shared language for discussing the value of change.

Apply and tailor the guidance
Develop your ability to use the guidance in a scenario, adapting your approach to the organisation and the change being considered.
You must pass Managing Benefits Foundation before taking the Practitioner examination. KBC will review your existing qualification and help plan your next step.
Your package includes the examination or examinations named in your offer. Certification is awarded on successfully passing the relevant assessment. See the official APMG certification details .
Make the benefits visible
A project can finish while its intended benefits remain uncertain. This course helps you make the connection between the change being delivered and the improvement people expect from it.
Benefits managers, sponsors, project and programme managers, PMO professionals, business case authors, change leaders and people responsible for evaluating investment or reporting performance.
Bring a workplace example and use it to explore clearer measures, ownership and follow-through.
The examples below show how the subject can be applied. Your learning plan confirms the syllabus and depth for your chosen certification level.
