Management and delivery
The Management Board leads day-to-day operations, educational delivery and learner support. It manages staff, resources and operational risks, follows up improvement actions, and reports on performance and the learner experience.
Independent oversight
The Governance Board oversees the Management Board. It reviews evidence, challenges decisions and follows up agreed improvements. Management reports to the Governance Board and responds to its scrutiny and recommendations.
