Let’s make it clear.

Have a question about your own situation? Our team can help you work through it.

Speak with KBC
Can I join if I already work in marketing?

Yes, this programme can be considered for existing employees as well as new recruits. KBC will review your role, previous learning and development needs with you and your employer to check that it is a suitable apprenticeship.

Do I need to travel to a campus?

The taught sessions are delivered live online through Microsoft Teams. You’ll also complete guided activities and apply your learning in your workplace. The team will explain any specific assessment arrangements before you enrol.

How much time should my employer allow?

The regular rhythm includes two hours of weekly teaching, two to three hours of weekly reading, seven hours for the monthly assignment, one hour for your monthly coaching presentation and one hour every ten weeks for an employer review. Your employer and KBC agree all required occupational learning and protected paid training time in your individual plan. See the apprentice charter for the full commitments.

Is the full CIM qualification funded?

Yes. The full CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional & Digital Marketing and full CIM membership are funded within this apprenticeship offer. You must complete the required qualification assessments; your training plan records the agreed arrangements.

What if I have previous qualifications or experience?

Tell us about them in your first conversation. Your starting point and prior learning need to be reviewed so that KBC can assess suitability and explain how your experience affects the programme.

How do I start?

Use “Book a programme call” to choose a conversation with KBC. The team will discuss your goals and explain the eligibility checks, employer involvement and formal enrolment steps.
