These benefits are funded by Kent Business College and are separate from Department for Education apprenticeship funding.

• Professional memberships, including CIM, PMI, APM, CaSA and the Institute of Project Controls.
• Professional exam fees, including examples such as CIM Certificate Level 4, CIM Diploma Level 6, APM PMQ, APM PFQ, APM Risk Management, APMG Project Planning and Control, PMI PMP and PMI Scheduling Professional.
• Attendance at professional London Masterclass Events at the Marble Arch Hotel, held three times a year.
• Event support for apprentices, employers, line managers and heads of training, including transport support and open buffet lunch.
• Private healthcare insurance during the programme.
• Graduation ceremony at Rochester Cathedral to celebrate learner achievement.
