Project Management Office (PMI-PMO)

This module integrates the PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI–SP®) certification with the Level 7 Diploma module in Planning, Controlling and Leading a Project. It is designed to enhance learners’ expertise in advanced project scheduling while also developing critical management and leadership capability at a strategic level. The PMI–SP® element provides a globally recognised professional qualification that validates advanced knowledge and application of project scheduling, monitoring, and controlling techniques. Alongside this, the Level 7 module challenges learners to reflect critically on the realities of project management practice in the global business arena, with emphasis on leadership, cultural awareness, and high-performing team dynamics. Together, these dual components prepare learners to manage complex projects with technical proficiency and strategic insight, ensuring alignment with both professional certification requirements and advanced academic standards.
