BIO

Dr Samar Abdalla is a Lecturer in Global Business at Christ Church Business School, part of the School of Business, Law and Policing. She earned her PhD in Management from the University of Kent, UK, where her research focused on globalisation, the sharing economy, innovation in business models, and SMEs.
With more than 25 years of professional experience, she has worked extensively as a business consultant across corporate and government sectors in Egypt. Her background combines strategic management expertise with strong academic engagement in teaching, curriculum design, and research supervision.
Her recent research explores how globalisation and digital innovation shape modern business ecosystems, with publications and conference papers presented at the British Academy of Management.
