Project Control Professional Level 6 with Chartered Project Professional (ChPP – APM)
This module focuses on advanced project controls techniques used to plan, monitor and manage complex projects. It covers cost control, scheduling, risk management, performance measurement and the use of professional tools to support informed decision-making and successful project delivery.
Aligned with the APM Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) standard, the module develops strategic thinking, leadership and professional competence. It prepares learners to demonstrate ethical practice, accountability and the high-level expertise required to manage projects effectively and achieve chartered status.
